YesTax have pledged to support Endeavour's Adventure Fund by donating £5,000 a year!

Creating Adventures for young people is Endeavour's bread & butter - using the wonderful environment of the outdoors & the challenge of physical activity, young people come away from spending time with us in the outdoors feeling challenged and fulfilled, having achieved something they never thought they would.

That's why we've launched our Adventure Fund for 2022 - to enable us to offer outdoor residential experiences to young people who might not normally have access to the outdoors. Last year we took groups of young people on residential trips to Snowdonia, North Wales; Canoeing along the River Wye; Camping at Hagg Farm; and Tall Ship Sailing in Ipswich with The Cirdan Sailing Trust. Working with young people from various backgrounds, some were new arrivals to the country with very little English, some were looked after young people in sheltered accommodation, we found that the residential experience was completely unique and something they'd never had the opportunity to do. Many of them had never been to a beach before, never seen the ocean, and never experienced a Holiday.

We are delighted to be partnering with YesTax, who have made a generous donation to our Adventure Fund, and pledged to donate £5000 per year, which will go towards funding more fantastic experiences for our young people this summer and beyond!

YesTax have a vision that tax shouldn't just be about taking, but giving too. Right from the start, they implemented a policy where 2.5% of their invoices goes to children and charities worldwide. They formed a foundation to help disadvantaged and vulnerable children around the world and have donated over £145,000. We are so grateful to be working with YesTax to create fabulous adventurous experiences for disadvantaged young people across the region.

Are you looking for a physical challenge this year? Want to raise money for a grass roots organisation that supports young people to reach their full potential?

On Saturday April 23rd, we'll be taking to the Peaks yet again, and you can join us in the scenic Yorkshire Dales for the classic challenge of scaling the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in under 12 hours! Do you have what it takes?

The route takes you through some of the finest scenery and views that Yorkshire has to offer. Take part in this challenge to raise money towards the valuable work Endeavour does with marginalised and vulnerable young people and in return let us take -some of- the pain out of completing the challenge.

It costs just £200 to enter a team of 4, and for that you will get full event support from our experienced staff team, pre event fundraising support, a mountain leader to guide you along the route, food and rest stops throughout the day, and a well-deserved home cooked hot meal and beer when you've completed the challenge.

So, if you and a 3 mates are up for a great day out hiking and raising money for a worthy cause, then this is the challenge for you. All we ask is that your team fundraises a minimum of £500 for Endeavour.
