Katie Leather

Katie works on managing and delivering outdoors, employability and social action projects to support the personal development of our young people.

Before Endeavour, Katie worked in a social mobility charity in the South East, supporting teenagers to turn their aspirations into reality through targeted coaching and development plans. This was fulfilling work but working in the outdoors at Endeavour means she can continue supporting young people whilst sharing with them her passion for the outdoors.

Katie loves spending time outside (which drew her to Endeavour in the first place!),  running, climbing, cycling or hiking, or hanging out at home with her kittie, Willow. Since working at Endeavour, Katie has qualified as a Rock Climbing Instructor and is currently training towards her Hill and Moorland Leader qualification.
