Max Solomon

Hi I’m Max and I love making music ! I can play some instruments and produce / record music using studio equipment, DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations), or hardware sequencers/samplers.

I have been DJing since I was 12 and have performed the music I have made around the world. I sometimes deliver music workshops in schools and do music youth work for TRACKS at Red Tape Studios every Thursday.

I also work at Sharrow Community Forum’s youth club. I grew up on Rave music, Jungle music and a wide range of musical influences.

When I was 25 I went to SOAS university to study Ethnomusicology which taught me a huge amount about music from all around the world.

As well as music, I also love dogs and one day will make an album entirely made from musical dog howls.
