Celebrating Three Years of Impact

The Future Bound programme has supported young people across Sheffield in developing essential life skills, building confidence and exploring future career opportunities. Running from 2023 to 2026, the three-year programme provided students with practical experiences, mentoring and guidance to help prepare them for life beyond school.

Our latest impact report highlights the achievements of the students involved and the positive difference the programme has made.

Supporting Young People to Reach Their Potential

Throughout the programme, 38 students from three Sheffield secondary schools participated in 30 sessions designed to develop eight essential skills, including communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving.

From outdoor adventures such as rock climbing and caving to workplace visits and community projects, students were encouraged to challenge themselves, discover their strengths and make informed decisions about their futures.
