In our AP and in suitable programmes we use the Skills Builder framework to support our young people to explore their skills in Listening, Speaking, Problem Solving, Creativity, Adapting, Planning, Leadership, and Teamwork. By breaking these areas down into smaller steps, our learners can identify the progress they make in these important employability skills, and the next steps in their development.
