Will Hopkins

Will has worked with students with various special educational needs, ever since qualifying as a science teacher in 2011. Since graduating, he specialised in teaching maths, working intensively and providing one-to-one support for various local authorities and academy trusts across South Yorkshire – often working with students who were at risk of dropping out of education altogether.

Will lives locally, and has an extensive awareness of the needs of the local community, having spent time volunteering with local primary schools, scout groups, and other organisations; the provision at Endeavour for outdoor education and the opportunities to experience such a range of activities is hugely beneficial, and makes a real difference to the lives of local families.

At Endeavour, Will focusses on delivering numeracy and maths sessions, boosting the attainment of all our students, from those beginning with Functional Skills to those preparing for GCSEs.
