Dr Phil Allcock
Trustee
Phil is the son of our founder, Dick Allcock, and brings a huge amount of passion, insight and understanding to his role as a trustee. He also brings a lifetime of practical experience working as a facilitator and coach with both UK and international clients.
In his day job, Phil is a founder and director of Odyssey, who work with large organisations to effect positive behavioural change. He is an imaginative, conceptual thinker with an observant, logical and collaborative nature. His need to understand the big picture enables him to spot opportunities to make improvements that others may not see.
Phil takes every chance he gets to head to the West Coast of Scotland with his wife to sail (or repair) their yacht, or when snow permits, to the Dolomites to ski. When he can’t do that, he makes do with walking with his dogs or cycling in The Cotswolds.
