Hannah Shaw

Hannah has over twenty years’ experience working with vulnerable young people, adults and families. She has worked for Endeavour since 2010 starting as a part-time Project Assistant whilst studying for a degree in Social Work. Hannah has been lucky to have been able to enjoy various roles within Endeavour as she has progressed through the organisation including Learning Mentor, Curriculum Manager, Designated Safeguarding Deputy, Examinations Officer, Head of Centre, Programme Manager and Head of Quality and Performance. Hannah is now the Head of Operations and part of the Leadership and Management Team.  Hannah has tried to continue to compliment her experience with qualifications including in Leadership and Management, and Counselling. Hannah is particularly interested in Mental Health and the impact of this on individuals.

Hannah enjoys being part of a team that empowers young people to increase confidence and resilience whilst equipping them with the tools and skills needed to reach their full potential. Every day is different, but every day makes a difference. Seeing the young people make progress academically, socially and personally is extremely rewarding.
