Phil Cargill

Phil has worked with children in various capacities for over 20 years and has recently studied a PGCE in Sheffield. He has extensive outdoor experience after being involved with Scouts from a young age both as a member and a leader and achieving the Chief Scout Award.

Phil also has experience of working as a chef, his most recent role being in a fast-paced working kitchen, as well as high levels of customer interaction, problem solving, and management skills gathered over years working for various businesses. Phil believes in collaboration and the benefit of experiences brought by all people.

Phil lives in Dronfield with his wife, 2 children and 2 small dogs. Never a quiet moment, he is always eager to consume a good story regardless of the medium; films, TV, games, books, comics!
